These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WaxForward service (“Service”), operated by WaxForward (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
WaxForward provides an email forwarding service that allows users to send and receive emails using custom domain addresses while managing these emails through existing email providers such as Gmail or Outlook. Our infrastructure is entirely serverless, and setup is completed in minutes via DNS records.
To register for our Service, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information may result in the immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
WaxForward offers various subscription plans with different features and limitations. Details for each plan are available on our Pricing page.
For paid plans, you agree to pay all fees associated with your account. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WaxForward and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
In no event shall WaxForward, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
