Alias Control
Create custom aliases and control where they forward.
Alias Control
Create custom email aliases like info@yourdomain.com
and choose where the emails are forwarded — all in a few seconds.
You can forward each alias to one or multiple inboxes, and replies are handled automatically and intelligently.
Creating an Alias
You can create aliases in two places:
- From the main dashboard, under the alias list for any verified domain
- From Domain Management → Aliases, by clicking Manage Domain
In both cases, just:
- Type the alias name (e.g.
support
) - Select one or more recipient addresses
- Click Create
No domain selection is needed — the alias is linked to the domain you're managing.
Built for Teams
Each alias can forward to a team of recipients.
- Everyone behind the alias receives a copy of the incoming email
- If any one of them replies, the reply is sent from the alias itself
- All team members see replies in the same thread, keeping the conversation unified
There’s no risk of duplicate or conflicting replies, and the sender never sees who’s behind the alias.
To the outside world, the communication always looks like a 1:1 email.
Seamless Replies
Replies from recipients go back to the sender using the alias address, not the individual’s personal email.
- Conversations stay consistent and professional
- No leaks of personal inboxes
- Perfect for shared roles like
support@
,sales@
, orlegal@
You don’t need to configure anything — it just works.
Manage Your Aliases
Each domain shows a full list of aliases, where you can:
- View which address each alias forwards to
- Add or remove recipients
- Delete or edit existing aliases
- Use pagination to browse large lists
Good to know
Aliases only work with verified domains.
