Recipients
Manage the inboxes where your aliases will forward messages.
Recipients
Recipients are the personal email addresses where your aliases forward incoming messages.
Each recipient must be verified before it can be used in any alias.
Accessing Recipients
To manage recipients, go to the Recipients section from the sidebar menu.
There, you can:
- View all verified and pending recipients
- Add new recipient addresses
- Delete recipients no longer in use
Adding a New Recipient
To add a new email recipient:
- Click Add Recipient
- Select the type:
Email
(for forwarding) orWebhook
(for programmatic use) - Enter the email address
- (Optional) Add a label or alias for identification
- Click Add
The new recipient will appear as Pending until verified.
Email Verification
When a new recipient is added, they’ll receive a verification email with a secure link.
The link expires in 10 minutes for security.
Once the user clicks the link, they’ll see a confirmation message:
After this step, the recipient will appear as Verified in your list and will be available when creating or editing aliases.
Managing Recipients
You can delete any recipient at any time. If a recipient is deleted:
- They will be removed from all aliases
- Emails will no longer be forwarded to that address
If you try to use a recipient that hasn’t been verified, it will not work until the email confirmation is complete.
Good to know
Recipients are shared across your entire account and can be used with any alias or domain you own.
