Monitor domain reputation and email performance in WaxForward
Overview
The Domain Activity view helps you track your email deliverability, reputation, and performance over time.
Navigate to Domains → Manage Domain → Metrics to access detailed insights about your domain.
Reputation Score
Every domain has a live Reputation Score (0–100), calculated based on authentication, delivery, and engagement signals.
Why this matters
A high domain reputation improves inbox placement and helps avoid spam folders.
It also protects your domain from blacklisting or throttling by major email providers.
Email Performance
The Metrics section breaks down your sending activity into:
Metric | Description |
---|---|
Sent | Total number of emails submitted for delivery |
Delivered | Successfully accepted by recipient servers |
Bounced | Rejected due to invalid addresses or spam filters |
Complaints | Marked as spam by recipients |
Watch your bounce and complaint rates
Consistently high bounce or complaint rates may reduce your reputation.
Use verified recipient lists and avoid sending to disengaged users.
Time Range Selector
You can filter the statistics shown using a built-in range selector:
- Last 7 days
- Last 15 days
- Last 30 days
Use this to compare sending trends and monitor improvements over time.
Metrics refresh automatically
Stats update every minute. For high-volume senders, allow a few minutes for full data processing.
